• - The package is subject to the availability of rooms and train seats. 
• - Prices above are net inclusive of government tax and service charges
• - Additional charge for a 3rd person stay at THB 2,173 net per room, per night, inclusive of an extra bed, breakfast, and water park access.
• - Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from our reservation team for the specified package.
• - Please make your reservation at least 3 days prior to your travel date within the respective week and the train tickets will only be issued upon successful completion of payment.
• - The food and beverage credit is valid for à la carte menu only at Plamong Restaurant, Talay Café, and Horizon Pool Bar. The credit is not applicable to room service, alcoholic beverages, or other promotions.
• - Kids Eat Free program is not applicable in conjunction with the complimentary set lunch or dinner meal.
• - Bookings are prepaid, non-cancellable, and non-refundable. However, you may request a change to your stay dates, which might incur additional charges depending on the new room rate.
• - Crab release activity is subject to availability with maximum of 20 seats per round. Advance reservation is required at our front desk during your arrival or during your reservation times.
