Preparing for a Day at the Water Park

Ensuring your kids are well-prepared for their exciting day at the waterpark in Hua Hin is important to ensuring their comfort and happiness during a hot and sunny day. Invest in some quality, waterproof sunscreen, and keep reapplying it throughout the day. Don't forget your Vana Nava Tokens. They’re redeemable for snacks and drinks at Vana Nava Water Jungle.

Hats may not be practical when your kids are diving in the water and enjoying the waterslides, but they can keep the sun off little faces when they take a break or are having lunch. Bring them along, just in case. Inexpensive sneakers or aqua socks at a waterpark help your kids avoid stubbed toes or sharp things on the ground. Swim goggles help keep your kid’s eyes healthy by protecting them from strong jets of water.

Of course, accidents do occur, so please make a note of the locations of first aid stations around the waterpark when you first enter.

Stay Hydrated!

Bring a large tote bag to our Hua Hin waterpark and ensure it’s well-stocked with plenty of full water bottles. Kids can lose track of how much water they’ve drank, as they’re in a wet environment and they’re having so much fun.
Parents should keep an eye on them and if they show signs of irritability, have flushed skin, complain of a headache, dizziness, or experience muscle cramps, it can be a sign that they’re not drinking enough water.
Keep watch over young toddlers who may be content to sit in shallow pools playing with their toys in the water. Make sure their heads and shoulders are covered if it’s a sunny day.

Follow the Waterpark Rules

Commercial waterparks are designed with the public’s safety as their first priority. The rides will have certain rules and restrictions that must be followed to ensure your family's safety. Be sure your older kids, who are allowed to explore the park on their own, understand that they must read and obey the rules. Steep and tall rides may have an age limit that must be obeyed!

Avoid Potential Dangers

Young children should avoid deep water areas and overly crowded pools. If they insist, they should be accompanied by a parent who maintains close contact with them. And everyone should be careful around wet, slippery surfaces.

Know Your Family’s Limits

Choose suitable rides and attractions for your kids. Parents know their children’s preferences and limits. They should ensure a good time for their kids by deciding what rides and attractions are appropriate. Vana Nava Water Jungle has specific areas with kid-friendly rides and attractions. Simply ask the staff members if you're looking for appropriate attractions for a particular age group.

Maintain Good Hygiene

Instill the importance of hygiene in your kids and teach them to wash or shower before entering the water and after using the bathroom. Washing out your child’s eyes and ears to avoid infections is also a recommended preventative measure after visiting a water park.
